As a senior engineer with nearly 30 years of experience, he graduated from Changchun College of Geology with a geological degree and worked for the geological surveying institute of the Capital Steel Group. Several of his technological projects have received national awards. Mr.Gu also previously opened both a machinery company and a rare metals research company. In Central Asia, he has done a wide range of long-term geological work and mineral resource development work. Mr.Gu's rare combination of geological knowledge, industry knowledge, and business savvy are a great asset to the group.
Mr. Liu acquired two graduate degrees, including an MBA and a Master's degree of International Political Economy at the State University of New York - Buffalo, Mr.Liu has worked nearly 20 years in investment banking, including at institutions such as Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley, as senior vice-president. He succeeded in developing an iron ore project in Northern Brazil and has rich experience in large international mining investment, as well as a deep understanding of finance and cross-cultural exchange.
Former professorial level senior engineer for Capital Steel, in charge of the design and management of mining operations, Mr.Yang has engaged in professional geological and mining design and management for more than forty years. His career has been very international in scope. He played an important technological role in the acquisition of global mines and design work. He has also researched mines and negotiated for mutual cooperation with South Africa, India, Indonesia, Canada, and Brazil. During his tenure at Capital Steel, he was responsible for the planning and designing of many projects with great strategic significance.
Received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Statistics and an EMBA in Tulane University, Mr. Chang has nearly two decades of experience working with financial markets and he has an in-depth knowledge of the Asian business landscape. Prior to joining the Group, he was the Managing Director of Xinhua Finance for Asia operations and held managerial positions at the Taiwan branches of a number of leading international banking organizations and financial institutions, including Bridge Information Systems, ABN AMRO bank, Bank of America, and CITI Bank.
As a senior Russian interpreter, Ms. Yang received a Master's Degree at St．Petersburg University, supported by the Russian National Ministry of Education. She once served China Construction First Group and China Railway Construction Corporation. She has taken part in the acquisition of large-scale mines, and her role in overseas business negotiations is invaluable to the group, due to her extensive experience working throughout Asia, language and management abilities, and knowledge of construction and mining industries.
As a senior geological engineer, Mr.Zhang was responsible for the management of technology projects in Capital Steel, managing and bidding on more than 20 key projects. Mr. Zhang has also held the position of general manager in the Indonesian Chun Bao Mining Company and Indonesia Qin Mai Mining Company. He was responsible for exploring, assessing, mineral prospecting and ore dressing, as well as constructing five mines, ranging from gold to nickel and iron mines. Mr.Zhang is also proficient in Malay, English, and has received his Cambridge certificate.
After receiving a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from National Taiwan University, Fairy began her EMBA at the Shanghai National Accounting Institute (studying financial affairs & financing), and she also holds the China Board Secretary Certificate and Qualification for the securities industry. Fairy has rich experience in accounting, financing and listing. She once served in ASE Group, Dai Wa Securities SMBC-Cathay Co., Ltd. and other investment banks. She has also taken part in the projects such as A shares listing in China Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as refinancing and M & A.
Azad has deep management experience and has engaged in geological work for most of his career. As the core Kyrgyzstani manager in the Group, he conducts the majority of negotiations and cooperation with the Kyrgyzstani local government entities.
