Beijing,13th, Sep, 2011- On the basis of the signed trilateral strategic cooperation, Matrass Mining Group, Northeastern University Design and Research Institute, and Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy have fostered further and closer cooperation relationships. On September 13, 2011, the three parties signed the trilateral strategic cooperation agreement at the Matrass office in Beijing. The Northeastern University Design and Research Institute, and Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy will support and provide innovative high-tech solutions for the nepheline syenite project, including the 1 million tons of annual aluminum output and its supporting projects. The Group will also provide industrial and experimental data for the two parties and help them to undertake other projects to improve the Groups technical level.
The nepheline syenite project boasts 1 million tons of annual aluminum output. Its supporting projects will adhere to unprecedented and comprehensive utilization of resources with the lowest energy consumption and eco-friendly innovative technology solutions. Therefore, the project will set new levels of technological achievement and will involve exclusive new technology. Thus the three parties also signed intellectual property agreements, as a protection of research results and possible technological patents. |
